When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks turnaround time before your item ships.

If an item is specifically marked as “ready to ship,” you can expect it to ship within 5 business days of purchase.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Will you take custom orders?

Typically, yes. Please email LovingHartCreations@gmail.com or reach out using our contact form to inquire about custom orders. I will create a custom listing on my website for safe and secure payment processing.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Every order is shipped with insurance included, so if you receive a damaged item, you may file a claim with USPS.
